For your MULOCO order, you can choose between the following payment methods: Invoice payment: You will receive your ordered goods and pay the outstanding amount. The invoice is due within 7 days after you received the goods. Prepayment. If you choose prepayment you will receive all necessary account and reference information for the bank transfer in your order confirmation by email. Payment is due within 7 days. After the full payment has been credited to our bank account, delivery will be made no later than the following working day.
We are gladly providing you with a 10-year warranty on our MULOCO design classics. Defective goods will be replaced immediately.
The initial treatment of the two leather variations is the same. The leather is immersed in drums containing dyes for aniline, which gives the material a uniform base colour. The aniline leather is not treated any further, so it retains a softer feel and a natural appearance. It changes with time and wear and gives it a unique patina. The semi-aniline is treated with a further care product to protect it against wear and fading.
MULOCO is working to provide you with the goods as soon as possible. Usually within 1 week working days. Individual delivery times due to high demands are indicated for any article. If your order contains both the items we have in stock, as well as items with a delayed delivery time, shipping will depend on the item with the longest delivery time. This process guarantees you favourable product and shipping costs.

We offer Free Standard Delivery to Germany, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium and Ireland. For all other countries shipping costs occur. The shipping costs are included in your basket. Please also use our delivery calculator to check the costs for your country.
Since you are ordering from a country within the EU, we charge no customs fees. Outside of the EU, customs fees are due and Irish VAT of 23% is automatically deducted from your invoice. The new VAT is determined by the law of the incoming country, which is automatically carried out by the logistics company. Usually, the forwarding company will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the goods to you before it returns to us.
